We are absolutely thrilled to partner with Sol Yoga Collective to bring you the best SUP yoga experience that South Dakota has to offer.
Yoga is unbelievably beneficial for mind, body, and soul - and we believe it's even more therapeutic from a paddleboard. As you breathe in the fresh air of the mountains, and listen to the calming sounds of the nature that surrounds you, your body will be challenged in brand new ways from atop a floating paddleboard.
If you're new to yoga, we promise you will feel right at home. Our certified yoga trainers are FUN and know just how to guide you through every move at your own pace. Sol Yoga classes are crafted for ALL levels, with postures that everyone will be able to learn.
Don't worry, experienced yogis, we will also give you the chance to challenge yourself alongside the rest of us. Expect to be surprised by the amount of balance and extra core-work it takes to perform your poses while floating on a SUP.
